Chad is absolutely awesome! We spent 3 years building a house, and almost every contractor/company we used failed us along the way. People not showing up, trying to change bids, etc. Chad was one of the only ones to do exactly as promised. He showed up on time each day, stuck to the pricing he gave us, and had quality work. Chad had to work with us when we were more stressed than we have ever been, so we probably were not the easiest people to work with (sorry!), but he handled everything with grace. He has a great eye for detail, offered a few suggestions on things I picked, and we couldn't be more pleased. Chad did our master bathroom (shower and floor), our kids' bathroom (shower and floor), our 1/2 bath floor, and our 26-foot tall fireplace surround. We had various types of material (porcelain, slate, Chicago brick, etc.) throughout, and all turned out perfect. We receive a ton of compliments on the work. Best of all, Chad is a super nice guy, clean cut, and we felt comfortable having him in our home. We will be calling him back shortly to do our outdoor fireplace. We couldn't recommend him more!
